Tom Lee of Southern Home Designs has joined Situs as our in-house home designer. He will also work with the construction leg of Situs, Situs Builders. Tom has already designed six homes for The Landing at Lake Robinson and can keep the look of any of them while altering the size to fit your needs! See the homes here.

- Owner - Southern Home Designs.
- Current VP of the South Carolina chapter of the American Institute of Building Design.
- Certified Green Professional - National Green Building Program sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders.
